Chef Hilario Chico grew up among the flavors and aromas of freshly prepared Mexican foods influenced by the Aztec culture of Puebla Mexico. As a boy he watched his mother and grand mothers combine ingredients sourced from around their rural homeland.

Those authentic flavors fostered his love of the traditional Mexican food of his abuela.

Hilario lives his life passion by re-creating those delicious authentic Puebla Mexican foods for all to enjoy.
